Our Elders and Angels leadership team brings to the table, a unique understanding of our seniors and the hardships that have entrapped many of our seniors resulting in not being able to achieve their full potential within community. Our organization was founded to give a helping hand to our seniors and their family who cannot afford services that they need to make their life comfortable within their own home. Our leadership team makes decisions that correspond with our missions and visions to support seniors who require our help the most. Our goal is to reach out and assist as many seniors and people with disability as we can! Our leadership team also analyzes the programs frequently to make sure that it meets the standards and expectations of our patrons. It is very imperative and paramount that we stay focused with our programs and training because we understand that to build a strong organization one must analyze and understand the challenges in our community.

The overall leadership and direction of our organization is very good, in particular, its responsiveness to strategic planning to embrace the need to change and to respond to community needs and expectations.
